Grainwaves, “Ride the Wave”

A largely experimental line installed in the pre-planned vacant space beside the latest Red Rock Deli Line.

This conceptual production line was formulated from many different vendors, some proven some not and brought together on site.

Our involvement with this line started at approval from where we dealt heavily with layout planning, alterations, services preparation, site liaison, fire services alterations, consultation with insurers and vendors as well as facilitating interconnecting the different vendors equipment and developing further some of the supplied experimental equipment.

Involving the erection of new rooms within the existing factory we worked with the site teams, especially closely with quality control to complete the internal erections and modifications in preparation for the equipment arrival and installation.

During the installation of equipment our role provided communications between all of the different vendors on site as well as coordinating all support labor and equipment for services connections and machinery movements.

Following through we became key stake holders in bringing one of the experimental key items of plant to an operational and safe standard.

This project has been deemed a large success being completed on time and on budget. Estimated project value is $22mil.
