Waste Water Plant

Delivering recycled water during the times of water concern and shortage The Smiths Snackfood Company underwent a huge upgrade to reclaim up to 70% of the currently wasted water.

Our role involved the liaison between the builders, Wiley & Co the water treatment vendors Aquatec Maxcon and site in the early stages and developed into site management of Wiley & Co during construction to ensure a productive and safe partnership.

The WWT Plant was built on existing back fill which had to be sub graded and back filled then piled. Although this was all completed away from the operational factory, it was built over large in ground services pockets all live and connected. This involved a great effort from Wiley & Co to offer dynamic footing solutions, in order to continue progressing.
With the base down we facilitated additionally covering external services and connections not covered in the Vendors scope of works.

The project is complete and operational, unfortunately we had to depart before final completion to undertake the next project.
